Established in 2023, Built By Us was created to empower the next generation of emerging real estate developers, addressing the challenges that have long kept underrepresented developers from accessing opportunities in the industry. The organization recognized that traditional programs often fall short, leaving aspiring developers without the hands-on experience, financial backing, and technological tools needed to bring their projects to life.
Determined to change this, Built By Us launched an innovative approach. A hub was established where participants gain real-world training at active development sites, leveraging AI technology to identify viable deals and securing financial support to break down barriers to funding. With each new project, the program equips developers with the tools, knowledge, and resources to successfully navigate the real estate industry, driving long-term economic and community growth.
