Project
Project Lift is a program designed to help emerging developers secure financing by partnering with Built By Us to serve as their personal guarantor. Many lenders require a guarantor to reduce risk, which can be a barrier for emerging developers without strong financial backing. By leveraging our financial strength, Project Lift helps emerging developers access the capital needed to move their projects forward. This service is designed to bridge the gap for developers who have viable projects but lack the personal financial credentials to secure funding independently.
